Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188)
This is a provisional visa that allows the holder to own and manage a business in Australia, conduct business and investment activity in Australia, or undertake an entrepreneurial activity in Australia, depending on the stream that they are eligible and receive an invitation to apply for. Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa (subclass 888)
This is a permanent visa that allows business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs to continue their activity in Australia. This is the second stage application for permanent residency available to subclass 188 visa holders and other eligible visa holders. Other criteria apply.
